Employees State Insurance Corporation Model Hospital, U.T. Chandigarh issued a recruitment notification for recruitment of 50 Nursing/ Paramedical Staff for ESIC Model Hospital, Chandigarh (Union Territory). Interested candidates may apply by filling Online application form before 26 December, 2012.

Age Limit : 
1. For Social Worker, Staff Nurse posts : Below 37 yrs.

2. For Lab Assistant, Dietician, Pharmacist Allopathy, O.T. Assistant, ECG Technician and Occupational Therapist posts : Below 32 yrs.

3. For Jr. Radiographer, O.T. Technician, Dresser and Nursing 
Orderly posts : Between 18 yrs to 27 yrs.

Educational Qualification : Candidate should be Matriculation (10+2) passout or have any Degree or Diploma in relevant fields.

Application Fee : 
1. For Grade Pay Rs. 1800 to 2400 , Candidates need to Pay Rs. 250/-.
2. For Grade pay Rs. Rs. 2401 and above , Candidates need to pay Rs. 150/-.
3. SC / PWD / Departmental Candidates,Female Candidates &Ex.Servicemen are free from payment of application fee. 

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and Interview.
